1. Refunds for Non-Delivery
If your order is not delivered due to circumstances within our control (e.g., incorrect shipping details provided by us), you are entitled to a full refund.
2. Non-Returnable Policy for Custom-Made Outfits
Due to the personalized nature of our custom-made outfits, once an item has been produced and delivered, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
3. Dispute Resolution for Significant Issues
If the delivered outfit has significant issues, such as: the outfit does not resemble the agreed-upon design/image in a substantial way or there are serious defects or errors in workmanship, we will work with you to resolve the dispute through one of the following options:
- Alterations or corrections to the outfit (if feasible).
- A partial refund based on the extent of the issue.
To initiate a dispute resolution, contact us at Support@Fashionable.ng within 7 days of receiving the outfit. Provide clear photographs and a description of the issue.
4. Exceptions
Refunds are not provided for minor variations in color, fabric texture, or embellishments, as these are part of the handmade process and may vary slightly from the displayed images.
Refunds will not be granted if incorrect measurements were provided during the ordering process.
